Sacromonte is the project of Berlin based composer and music producer Alberto R. Lucendo. Lucendo's background in the Spanish music scene as a guitarist and producer/composer culminated in the creation of Sacromonte in late 2015.
“Rime” his debut album is available for the first time on vinyl. This work arises from the need that Lucendo feels to glimpse into the essential, in a very subtle way, using loops that are recurrent in each and every one of the songs, voices that create a mantra, resonances, echoes coming from magic places, doubts and enriching nuances. With those, he creates a fragile and intense psychedelic atmosphere.
"Everything seems easy when it's actually not, a fact that describes the artist's amazing technical proficiency to create recondite transcendental and inviting melodies". "Without noticing it, we embark on an emotional, even mystical, journey that aims to go beyond and start a search of wonder". (Eric Gras. Cuadernos)

Where once her playing was essentially representational and descriptive, with 12-string cascades and plaintive vocals standing in for wind and snow, “Nighttime Birds” attempts to give voice to the fingerstyle guitarist’s entire universe at once. Bandcamp Album of the Day Jan 23, 2019
